your regional business team to customize assets to reflect local market needs and

• Orchestrate and manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and
implementation of the marketing strategy and programs.
• Design and activate a culture of proactive collaboration while expanding regional
and global coordination within teams and to maintain a solid repository of all data.
• Serve as a credible and strategic advisor to the Regional Marketing Director,
providing reporting on identified operational issues and progress.
• Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns.
• Stakeholder mapping, crafting analysis builds and working on competitive
intelligence to enable monthly and quarterly reviews and plans.
• Research, develop and deploy regional and country demand strategies aligned to
growth targets and operational KPI’s.

• Understand the regional nuances and consumer insights and build a definitive voice
on integral how we position our solutions and customer value proposition to
market.
• Lead key marketing campaigns for demand generation / pipeline acceleration for
the region with omni channel activation.
• Build a solid pipeline of marketing activities to generate leads, build demand
generation for key priority markets: SG, HK, JP, CN, AU
• Experience with sales and marketing automation systems ideally salesforce.
• Multi-agency liaison with multi-tasking capabilities to develop compelling content
including thought leadership messaging, executive presentations, blogs, social
content, for business leaders to help accelerate our right to play and win.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from inception
to execution aligned with the sales objectives in the region.
Who you are: • You will have a record of Brand Management experience working within APJC
market with a recognized brand, client or agency side. You will have worked
closely with sales leadership in addition to regional and/ or global marketing
teams. Strong English language skills are critical and the ability to work with virtual
teams a must.
• You are a well-rounded marketeer that can think strategically, proactively while
being aligned with the corporate mandate. You can concurrently build and execute
plans for various segments, lines of business and verticals.
• You will be passionate about your solutions, your customers, your team and
understanding the market dynamics in which you operate. You will strive to stay
sharp and continuously nurture and expand sales, business, technology, and
competitive readiness.

Qualification
& Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business Discipline.
• 08-10 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region with a strong record of
managing both brand and communications in a regionally or globally recognized
company. (Service Provider, OEM or Agency side)
• Experience in working closely with sales organizations and leadership to deliver on
aligned KPI’s.
• Demonstratable understanding of the unique qualities, cultures, and business
acumen in Asia Pacific markets.
• Fluent in English with knowledge of Mandarin advantageous.
• Experience managing agency rosters.
• A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is
readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in managing and measuring the impact of marketing campaigns.

• What is the corporate history of Tata Communications Limited?
Tata Communications Limited (hereinafter referred as Tata Communications) is the new name of VSNL,
which as of January 28, 2008. Prior to this Tata Communications has a history of more than 135 years in
handling the international telecommunications needs of the country.
Tata Communications (as VSNL) was incorporated on March 19, 1986, under the Indian Companies Act,
1956 to take over the activities of the erstwhile Overseas Communication Services (OCS). In February
2002, the Government of India, as per their disinvestments plan, sold 25% of their holding in the
company to the strategic partner. Consequently, the company was taken over under the administrative
control of TATA. It is under the management of TATAs – India’s best-known industrial house – that Tata
Communications is now charting its future course.
Prior to this, The Eastern Telegraph Co. (ETC) of 1872 and the Indian Radio Telegraph Co. (IRT) of 1927
merged to form the Indian Radio and Cable Communications Co. (IRCC) in 1932. The Government of India
took over the IRCC, giving birth to the Overseas Communications Service (OCS), a Government
Department.
