Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of IT, APAC to lead the strategic IT transformation across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for end-to-end IT functions including ERP systems (Oracle Fusion), infrastructure, ecommerce enablement, D2C platforms, and website UX/UI modernization.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned IT leader who thrives in high-growth, cross-border environments and has a strong background in technology transformation, digital commerce, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a future-ready IT strategy for APAC, aligned with global objectives and regional business goals.

  • Lead and develop high-performing, multi-country IT teams across APAC, ensuring strong collaboration and capability uplift.

  • Oversee the successful implementation and management of ERP systems (particularly Oracle Fusion) across the region.

  • Design and scale robust IT infrastructure to support office expansions, market entries, and business growth.

  • Partner with ecommerce and digital teams to enhance D2C platforms and improve online customer experience.

  • Deliver complex IT transformation projects on time and within budget across multiple markets.

  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors, solution providers, and technology partners, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, cybersecurity standards, and internal IT governance policies.

  • Stay on top of emerging technologies (AI, automation, data warehousing, cloud, digital payments) and drive adoption across relevant areas.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • 15+ years of progressive IT experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles managing regional IT teams across APAC.

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and optimization.

  • Strong understanding of D2C ecommerce platforms, online payment systems, and transaction technologies.

  • Experience in AI, automation, data privacy, and data warehousing.

  • Track record of delivering enterprise-wide IT projects and transformations across diverse geographies.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and global teams.

  • Experienced in IT budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership within a complex, global organization.

  • Strong commitment to IT security, compliance, and data governance.
