Head of Enterprise Sales (APAC | SaaS • SD-WAN / SASE / Cloud Connectivity)
We're hiring an experienced sales leader to own the GTM strategy and scale the enterprise sales organisation across Asia-Pacific. This role requires a strategic leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to close strategic SaaS/license-model deals. Strong domain knowledge in telco/interconnectivity, SD-WAN and SASE is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and scale the APAC enterprise sales team (including Account Directors and Sales Hunters).
- Define and execute the regional GTM strategy aligned to global priorities.
- Drive revenue by both managing the team and actively pursuing/closing strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Set targets (MRR/ARR), forecast accurately and drive consistent pipeline coverage.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor offerings and support adoption.
- Own major RFPs and bid strategies for high-value enterprise deals.
- Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and other senior stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, elevating brand presence across APAC.
Qualifications & experience
- 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in SaaS or license-model software sales and subscription revenue models.
- Deep knowledge of telco, interconnectivity, SD-WAN, SASE and network security technologies.
- Track-record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams across APAC.
- Strong ability to close large, complex enterprise deals while managing a regional organisation.
- Excellent GTM planning experience and strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones; additional APAC languages a plus.
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth tech companies is advantageous.
Day-to-day
- Lead weekly sales performance reviews and strategic planning with the APAC team.
- Participate directly in high-value deal pursuits and customer negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and retention.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Recruit, mentor and retain top sales talent across the region.
