Responsibilities

As an Integrations Engineer, you will:

  • Collaborate with Information Security Specialists to transform complex ideas into reliable, secure code.
  • Develop and maintain robust backend services, primarily using Python and Golang, as part of high-performance systems.
  • Contribute to low-level components, integrating system-level logic with platform functionality.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and influence the technical direction of the product.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, from infrastructure to production code.
  • Take ownership of features from design to deployment, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Prioritize security, performance, and scalability in all aspects of development.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in security-sensitive or high-performance environments.
  • Expertise in backend development, particularly with Python, and familiarity with one or more of the following: Golang, C++, Java, or Rust.
  • Experience working close to the system, including agents, low-level code, or system integrations.
  • A proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to research-driven or undefined problem spaces.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a willingness to give and receive feedback and share ownership of projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
  • Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, threat modeling, or working with data from distributed systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your typical day as an Integrations Engineer will involve:
