Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the center, aligning it with our company's overall goals and objectives. Drive innovation, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Technical Expertise: Provide guidance and expertise in edge computing technologies, including embedded systems, network protocols, and cybersecurity. Utilize your deep understanding of edge computing concepts, architectures, and technologies to set strategic goals and drive innovation within the design center.
• Project Execution: Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Take charge of project management, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and the creation of compelling business cases for new initiatives.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of talented engineers, fostering their growth and inspiring them to achieve excellence. Leverage your leadership abilities to guide the team and create a collaborative work environment that promotes creativity and productivity.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics or Computer Engineering/Science with a strong foundation in embedded systems, network protocols, or cybersecurity.
• Experience: 8-12 years of working experience, with 3-4 years of relevant industry experience in areas related to Edge Computing, such as IoT or data centers. Your experience will provide valuable insights into market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
• Competencies: Demonstrate a deep understanding of edge computing concepts, architectures, and technologies, including edge infrastructure, edge devices, edge analytics, and edge computing frameworks. Possess exceptional leadership abilities, project management skills, and the capacity to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to effectively work with cross-functional stakeholders.
