About the Job:

The CPaaS Product Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our CPaaS messaging platform with innovative messaging products and regionalizing CPaaS through existing partnerships. The role will require the candidate to conceptualize, develop and grow messaging products & build regional wholesale partnership framework working alongside with the various telco operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product owner of the Regional CPaaS Messaging portfolio

  • Build regional messaging strategies & roadmap to extend the reach of our CPaaS messaging products through wholesale frameworks with BMOs & messaging partners. 

  • Develop new messaging business opportunities by engaging with relevant market players in APAC region.  

  • Collaborate with technology or eco-system partners to co-create and localize/customise messaging products suitable for the region, giving the BMOs competitive advantage in in their respective markets  

Skillset:

  • Experience in SMS (P2P, P2A and A2P) with a deep knowledge of APAC’s A2P messaging industry  

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the CPaaS or Telecommunication or related industry developing or managing products  

  • Proven track record of significant experience in managing products in a fast-paced CPaaS/SaaS/Telco environment, managing & driving results through diverse cross-functional teams  

  • Significant experience and knowledge of delivering communication capabilities to B2B and B2B2C ecosystems.
